I purchased a Wii Fit at this store and at the time of purchase I asked if I could return it. The girl assured me I could with a $3 restocking fee. When I found out that the $150 I paid for it was much more than the normal retail price of $90, I attempted to return the unopened item. I was told that there were no cash refunds and could only exchange it for store credit. The manager was very rude and would not honor what his employee had told me. This store has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and would recommend that potential customers go ANYWHERE except here for your video game purchases.\r
