There's no reason to attack a customer for stating her experience at this establishment; that is what this service is about. It's clear that (owner) is having a ""friend"" turn this around and attack a customer for stating her opinion...the subject is Beckers Bakery, not an upset customer that had a bad experience. My experience at this bakery is that the cookies are beautiful, sandwiches are great, cakes are overrated and the service is terrible(and that includes the owner).
