we ordered a door from AG Sharp for one of our best customers of ""This Old House"" fame. The door arrived but had some concelaed damage and was unacceptable. After many tries to resolve this, including sending pictures, we were unable to get any help from Sharp. Next thing you know, a lawyer is contacting us demanding payment for the damaged door. To avoid getting sued, we were forced to pay for a door we can't use. Don't use this vendor. They do not stand by their product and use strong arm tactics to get paid anyway. With so many companies doing custom doors now, there is no reason to give Sharp your business. Stay Away! You have been warned!
