While I am not a professional BBQ Judge (although I have been asked to be one) I eaten a lot of BBQ from all across the US including Tampa, Florida, Washington DC, Montgomery, Alabama and Houston, Texas. I'll have to tell you that the BEST pork BBQ I've ever had is at Jaymer BBQ in Valrico, FL. The taste is out of this world; so good that when they ask me what kind of sauce I want, I tell them none. I don't want to cover up the flavor of the meat. And no, I am not related to the owners nor do I own stock, it's just great BBQ!
