This store really has the worst customer service. I was embarrased by the manager, Nancy as well as the owner. I went in as a first time mom and asked the manager to help me. She behaved very rude and disinterested in me as if I was wasting her time. I asked if another associate could help me. She began speaking very aggressivley and told me that I was rude to ask for a different associate. The owner then came out and after hearing only the manager's story told me I should leave and that he doesn't need my business. This all happened in front of a few other customers, which was extremely embarassing. I don't understand how a business could have lasted so long when they treat people like this. They treat people this way because they know they don't have much competition in Portland.
