I have been a loyal customer of Annabel Green Flowers for more than 15 years and have referred countless others to them for weddings, parties and any and all special occassions. Wendy and her staff have always treated their customers with the utmost respect and have always produced and delivered the most incredible floral design work I have ever seen. \r
When I read the derogatory remarks left by Alisonp98, I was shocked to the point of calling Wendy at Annabel Green, demanding an explanation. On the day of Alisonp98's intended delivery, we had the worst snowstorm of the season. The recipient of the arrangement ordered by Alisonp98 was contacted and had no problem accepting delivery on the following day. In fact, when the delivery was made, the recipient was so pleased with the arrangement and tipped the delivery person as well. Alisonp98 was the problem here, not Wendy and her staff at Annabel Green. Alisonp98 subsequently attempted a chargeback and American Express denied her request. Alisonp98 then attempted to file a complaint and the ruling was in favor of Annabel Green. I repeat, Alisonp98 is the problem here and ""the plague"" to be avoided.
Pros: Superior Creative Design. Freshness, Quality & Selection.
Cons: Hard to find . . . but so worth it when you do!
