If you are a black man do not drive through this town. They are infamous for DWB (driving while black). They will pull you over detain you for 2 hours if they feel like it while they think or create a reason for pulling you over. My husband was recently pulled over and after an hour of being detained they said his sticker was on the wrong spot on the license plate (it was on there for 10 months without anyone saying anything about it). They are known for racial profiling. If you are driving though the town and you see people pulled over 90% of them are black males. This is something that needs to be taken care of before it escalates to the next level and someone ends up seriously hurt or dead. My husband drives an expensive SUV and the cop asked him ""How are you driving this truck?"" Talk about an insane comment to make. Black men beware say away from Coraopolis, PA they will fry you for the color of your skin.
