The staff at Downey YMCA especially the supervisors/managers need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Member dues contribute to their pay but you will not know that by the rude way they treat members.\r It is not unusual to have a long line at the customer service desk with people having to wait for 30mins or more for their questions to be answered while there are at least 3 people chatting behind the desk.\r Complaints are not responded to even when I did this in writing and also left a voice mail.
