I had dinner at Vinny T's this past weekend and I'm sad to say that it was the worst dining experience that I've had in many years. How many ways can you express ""AWFUL""? We were ""barely"" greeted by the Manager/Hostess with an attitute that initially made us want to head for the exit. Once we were seated, we immediately ordered our apps and drinks. After 2 rounds of drinks and 50 minutes later our appetizers finally arrived. Unfortunately our main courses followed within 5 minutes, not giving us ample time to enjoy the appetizers. The waitress was nice enough and appologized for the delay but made no effort to appease us in any way. The food was nothing special, a bit bland and slightly cold from the fact that it had obviously sat in the back due to our apps being delayed. The staff seemed as if it was their first day on the job (all of them). I have dined at the Vinny T's location in Dedham and really enjoyed my experience, but I will never, even go to the Natick location again, and will recommend against it to anyone I know. The place has no character. It's cold, open and lacks any comfort level at all. I think we would have had a better time (and meal) had we gone to the Wendy's up the street. I think it's time for the owners of Vinny T's to take a close look at this location and think about either renovating it or shutting the doors.\r

A BIG THUMBS DOWN FROM THIS PATRON.
Pros: There was plenty of parking
Cons: You name it.... service, food, ambience (yeah, right)
