I went to Video Only to purchase a Onkyo 606 Receiver. I attempted to price match from an Onkyo Authorized Online Retailer. The employee there tried to tell me that the web retailer was not authorized, but if you go to onkyo's usa website, they are listed there. (6ave) The employee then proceeded to tell me that if I bought from 6ave I would be receiving a factory sealed refurbed product. Umm, no, all lies. Upon me leaving, the employee proceeded to lecture me stating, ""You have a lot to learn."" I'm sorry sir, but you have a lot to learn. #1 Being honest to your customers. I called the Federal Way location and received no problems from them. So if youre going to shop at video only, dont go to Bellevue, go to Federal Way.
