Many of us have gotten together to protest the few who have written bad things about our nice community on this site. We have a very nice Community and a lot of nice hardworking people who try to keep it that way.\r
There are a few people who will never be happy with anything. In 20 years we have had a couple of problems but tell me what community hasen't . I have lived here for 18 years and I can tell you my vehicle or home has never been broken into. I do feel safe to walk the grounds any time night or day. Ye the HOA makes sure you follow the rules but not like a lot of HOA horror stories from other communities. This HOA has a very basic set of rules that are easy to handle. You just keep your place looking nice and park according to the rules and they leave you alone. This property is nicely kept and well run we have little to no crime. Those who claim that this is the hood are just flat full of BS. We all take pride in our community.
