Very friendly and likeable contractor, but do not use this contractor if you are disabled or elderly. We were asked to sign a contract to give up our rights to a jury trial if something went wrong. We were denied ""change orders"", which are required by California law, and many other issues. We had to hire an attorney and the experience left us exhausted and took our life savings. \r
