The technician came out through my home warranty company claim. they showed up on time , spoke english, and were very friendly. I have a salt water pool in need of a computer board for the system, they ran the claim through and it wasn't covered. i am not to happy with the home warranty company, and i know it wasn't the pool companies fault that it wasn't covered item, my fault for not reading the fine print in my home warranty contract.. Goldenwest had the part on the repair truck, I had them complete the repair while they were there. I was very pleased with there service, and the part was not over priced, i checked on it while they were outside replacing it. I look forward to using them in the future and would highly recommend them to any one in need of reliable pool repair service.
