I don't know what happened to this company. Ten years ago they gave great service at a fair price, now I just can't recommend them in good conscience. Bad service, extremely pricey. Staff doesn't seem to know that they are doing. I think they need to rethink why they're in business, show courtesy and train their staff in customer service. They charged me for my contact lens up front. I didn't recieve them for over a month. They said they would send them to me. They didn't! The recipt they gave me didn't reflect the real amount that I paid, and the list goes on.......I finally went and picked up my lens today. No professionalism....NONE\r
