A standard model for the success of a bar/restaurant is to create enjoyable experiences to earn future business. On my last visit to 3 thirty 3, I was hoping to celebrate one of life's small successes with food and wine. Unfortunately my evening was ruined by a rude and incompetent staff. Perhaps they were collectively having a bad day or perhaps the business model is to cater to patrons who appreciate rudeness and incompetence. I won't be returning to find out.
