I am not happy about having to leave my credit card # in order to confirm the appointment. I had an experience recently at Le Reve where my credit card was over charged and it took several weeks of follow-up to get a credit issued back and they had to send me a check, rather than issuing a credit back on my card. Needless to say, it makes me very uncomfortable having my sensitive information permanetly in their computer. I enjoyed my services at the spa and had a very nice experience, but the customer service needs to be improved upon. Pros: Ambience, natural products used Cons: Customer Service!! more
