I love home decor stores, so I stopped inside after seeing some of their beautiful items from the window. I was hoping that after I left the store, Mud Pie would become my new favorite home decor store!! The store is not very big, but big enough to where they had large sofas and hutches in stock. Again, the store was beautifully decorated throughout, but I'm sorry to say that their customer service was NOT so beautiful. I was not greeted by the lady that obviously saw me when I walked in - I was the only customer at that time. I looked at all they had to offer in the store and still no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. ( I was in the store for a good 30 minutes) I passed by this female clerk several times and even walked near a male clerk and still nothing. ( I would really hate to find out that they are the owners of the store!) I was dissapointed with the service I received because I saw a large hutch that would have perfected my living room decor, but I refuse to spend my hard earned money with a bussiness that can't even acknowlegde me. I would love to stop in and browse again from time to time, but I think I'll stick to Walmart since I was treated like a fish out of water in their store!!
