The name says it all, the service needs a lot of help. The place is so dirty you can take a table beside the roachs and get worst service. The gentlman that helped us had a tendency to wipe his forehead and nose while asking us if we would like anything special on the burgers. You are going to find far better food and quality at buger king. The service is what I would call a major downfall of customer service. The food is by far some of the worst in the vally.
Pros: There are none unless you want a lube job for your car while you wait.
Cons: Everything under the valley sun
