I purchased a part at WM Beck and Sons that failed twenty seconds after starting the mower. It's my first and last purchase there as they wouldn't accept the part for exchange insisting we either struck something or installed it improperly. I was surprised to find they value the sale (<$20) over the satisfaction of their customer. They offered to send the part back to the manufacturer on my behalf but wouldn't exchange it. I hope to recoup the cost from my credit card company (who have demonstated a concern for customer satisfaction). more
