I've lived in a variety of apartments in college town apartments, and this one has the worst odor in its stairwell. When I first spoke with the property manager about renting, she outlined the the security deposit, but failed to mention the non-refundable portion for ""painting"". The paint job they do is abysmal: power sockets, parts of the mirror, windows, and phone outlets are painted over and sealed. If you stand in the hall you can hear talking and television sounds from at least 4 different rooms down the hall. Some apartments even lack doors for the restroom, which is unsanitary as well as disconcerting in the slightest. The kitchen lacks ventilation and has a stove the size of an easy back oven. The parking lot usually has a pool of water that breeds angry mosquitoes. Seek shelter elsewhere.
