I dropped off my 2-1/2 year old daughter for one of their drop-off camps and when my husband goes to pick her up (for the first time), an uninterested teenager tell him to just pick a child, any child. There were no questions as to who he was and if he was related to anyone there. Understandably, my husband was very upset and complained to the manager that until their security procedures are improved, we won't be coming back. After some time to cool off, I decided to try again but with a group class where I would stay during her instruction. I was told we were ""banned"" from ever coming to Discover Gymnastics again. How is that a way to run a business? Punish a child because her father points out a flaw in their procedures. They will never get another dime of our money.
