I HAVE JUST HAD A SERVICE CALL AND MY SET WAS REPAIRED. BRIGHTON T.V. DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I RESEARCHED THEIR COMPLAINTS AND FOUND THAT EVERYONE HAD BEEN RESOLVED. IT CLEARLY STATES THAT COMPANIES OF THIS SIZE DO RECIEVE COMPLAINTS, BUT I ALSO SEE THAT THE HAPPY CUSTOMERS OUT WEIGH THE UN-HAPPY ONES. THEY ARE FACTORY AUTHORIZED, THAT MEANT A LOT MORE TO ME THAN JUST ANY OLD TV REPAIRMAN. I AM GUESSING THAT THE COMPLAINT FROM THIS LAST GUY WAS BECAUSE OF HIS CHARACTOR MORE THAN THE SERVICE HE RECIEVED
