I was with this company for almost a year before changing back to Titan! The garbage cans were never completely emptied, the garbage man complained about the can's smelling bad, and I wonder why they smelled so bad?!!! Every week they would take only the bags on top and leave the rest, eventually the maggot got so bad that I took the month's worth of garbage out, cleaned the cans, gagged, re bagged the garbage in heavy duty bags and set the cans out for pick up. The can's were still left with garbage in them! Called office, very nice, said it would be fixed, until I discontinued service I continued to have bags in the bottom of the Reliable can. Reliable wants to pick up only what doesn't smell and can be picked up without putting forth much effort! Hey Reliable, maybe you should hire a princess to ride along with your prince of a garbage collector, maybe SHE would pick up all the garbage for him! Nice office staff, horrible garbage service!!
Pros: Nice, polite office staff
Cons: Pick up truck cannot carry everything, and garbage man is a princess, afraid to get dirty
