I've traveled a ton, and this was without a doubt, by far the worst experience I've had. We paid (too much) for our flight 6 months in advance, and the day before we left, we still didn't have our flight numbers. When we called (again!) to get them, we were told our flight was cancelled. After the entire day on the phone, we did get another flight, but not to where we wanted to go. We ended up in Sao Paulo instead of in the Amazon. It was horrible. And we paid almost $1700 each to do it! Unbelievable. I really don't know how this agency continues to survive. Please don't give them any business - you'll pay way too much and possibly not even get the trip you want. Terrible.
