I did not receive good service at this location. The tile came in a very ugly pattern and was not what I thought I had picked. The manager of the site was not at all helpful and would not return my phone calls. I would not recommend them to anyone. I had purchased their tile over 18 years ago but I think they are not dedicated to any customer service now--they maybe on a downward slide.
Pros: They are located in fresno and have ample parking because they lack customers
Cons: Very poor service and product, manager not interested in the consumer
