I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend over the internet. In the order form, there was a box (already checked) for using replacements in case the arrangement you requested was not available. I unchecked the box, as I only wanted the arrangement I ordered and if not available, I did not want it at all. Donatos' Floral went ahead and replaced the arrangement anyway and delivered it. When I called to compalint that they had not delivered what I asked for even though I specifically requested not to have any substitutions, the man on the phone, in addition to being rude offered as a solution, to go get the arrangement back from the person he had delivered it!
