I remember many years ago when shopping at Kmart was great. Now, the customer service is terrible with exception to a few of the cashiers. The management is beyond lazy and almost everytime I drive pas, the manager is outside on the bench (figures why the employees don't care - poor leadership). Less get to the products (what products)! Martha Stewart has taken over and has become the down fall for this company. Her products are tacky and over priced. The kitchen selections (appliances, dishes) is the worse. Please take notes from Target and Walmart. Martha has no class or style.
