The salesman obviously only did this part time, was not very knowledgeable, and was practically reading from a script. The installer seemed about the same. The service was horrible; several false alarms, none of which were ever responded to. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I also know for a fact that the good reviews posted here are written by Quantum employees in order to boost their rating. Cons: unresponsive, poor customer service more
