I went to K1 Speed on Sunday for a birthday party. When we first arrived the guy and girl at the front counter were in the middle of a conversation and didn't realize that we were there for about five minuets. They finally halfway looked up at us and mumbled a greeting, we got logged in to race and were given the rules by a kid who seemed very threatening. The racing was short lived and it seemed like as soon as we got done racing they wanted us to leave. After the race I went looking for some change for the video games and the staff had disappeared. I finally found half the employees outside smoking. The kids at k1 obviously do not care about customer service or cleanliness, not only was i ignored and pushed around but the bathrooms were horrible, the toilets were not flushed and there was water pooling around the sinks. Save your money and go somewhere with proper management.
