Laura Pellaton (owner and hairstylist at Elixir Salon in El Cerrito) is an excellent hair stylist. She has just the right balance of listening to what you want, but also offering good suggestions if you need a little push. Her styles keep their shape for many weeks and are easy to care for. While at the salon, you never feel rushed and there is always a soothing tea and/or a relaxing head massage to make you feel wonderfully pampered.
