I moved to East Nashville about a year ago and wanted to find a good gym that was close to my house. My home is in proximity to several since I am close to downtown. Over the years I have been a member of larger gyms and didn't want to join another corporate gym. One of my friends suggested that I should check out Gym 5. When I got there and looked around I knew it was the one I wanted to join. The gym is clean, staff is friendly and the equipment is in great condition. They also have boot camp style classes and kickboxing classes that I enjoy. So, if your looking for a gym - give Gym 5 a shot! I'm glad I did.
Pros: Location, facility, equipment, ability to get through a workout without waiting in lines
