I have been there twice. Each time I was there I was treated well. The items I purchased were comparable in price to other shops on line. The staff seemed relaxed and knowledgeable. My questions were answered and service was fine. It seemed like a well stocked hobby shop and I enjoyed the ""family"" atmosphere.
