After watching Oprah's cooking special on Paella, me and the girls searched out Paella in Davis and only found one place that served it... Aioli's, formally known as Aioli Bodega Espanola. It was awesome. The order we had was big enough for all four of us!!!! Also, the waiters and bartenders are cute... super plus. Apparently Aioli is a garlic mayonaise, bodega a type of restaurant in Spain, and Espanola means Spanish... as explained to us by Chef Abby, who came out personally to see how we liked the food...nice touch. The wine was also very good and apparently hard to find anywhere else in California.
