This business is a joke. The owner is a rude, uncultured, caustic, creepy individual. When I first found this service I was happy to know that it existed. But from the very get go they were always, wrong w/the orders, missing something, very very late, or the dumb delivery drivers could never figure out the intercom, (something a 6 yr old can figure out--that always baffled me.) Pratap is Especially grotesque b/c he began yelling at my front door after I told him he got my order wrong, AGAIN. You cannot run a business like that. He's a psycho. I was willing to put up with the inconsistent orders that came ALWAYS missing something but now, after the rude service, I will never do business with them again and make sure I tell other people about it. G'luck if you order with them. UPDATE 1/2011: I have made some orders since this review. It seems they are under new management and have improved their services. So far they have been on time, courteous and on top of food orders. Order away. There is another service , however, ""eat 24 hours"" that I have tried. I recommend them as well.
