We, a group of five, ordered take out on a Friday evening just before 9pm. Despite repeated calls, the delivery did not arrive until 10:45. We opened the food to discover that we had been given the wrong order - one greek salad, a few pieces of pita, and some dipping sauces. When we called to report the erroneous order, Gary the manager said he found it ""very hard to believe"" that we had received the wrong order. He was not apologetic in the least, and went on to say that if we would pack up the food again, he would send his delivery guy over to pick it up from us to deliver it to the rightful recipient who had ordered it. He offered to do the same for us before we told him that was highly unsanitary to take food that would have been out for the better part of an hour with a stranger and deliver it when they had made the mistake in the first place. I will never eat here again having had some insight as to their reprehensibly low standards on both customer service and basic sanitation.
