National Saw's outside sales guy Tom visits our Mill shop weekly (we support several theme parks) and is always available by cel phone. He gets our shaper knives sharpened fast. National Saw also supports us with getting any other parts - wheels & bearings or special router bits and knife sets quick. He delivers personally or over-night ships as we need it. National Saw invoices after the fact and that always keeps our busy operation going. No doubt the best Mill Shop support business I have ever worked with.
