I used them to move me within Miami. They were friendly, courteous, careful with everything and did it all for $500. It was great. So when I had to move across the country I naturally decided to use them again. Totally different experience! Since I wasn't paying them hourly they rushed through the packing of my stuff, were rude, and tried to nickel and dime me for everything! For example, they had come out to give me an estimate and said I had 35 boxes. Except when moving day came I had 42. They tried to charge me for the extra boxes, then they tried to charge me for extra packing boxes that it clearly said on my contract came included. When my stuff arrived it was not in a Nobel Van lines truck, but rather in this super gross graffitied truck when I was not told it would be contracted to another company. They were a week late from when they told me it would be there, and the majority of my furniture arrived scratched and several pieces arrived totally broken. The claims service was totally unprofessional and an even bigger hassle.
