I read all the wonderful reviews and decided to have my hair colored at this place. Making an appointment with the owner was a bit difficult. I waited a whole week although my hair needed to be done super fast as my wedding was sheduled just 2 weeks away. I was really hopeful that she won't mess up my hair but i was wrong. The owner couldn't even wash hair let alone to color!!! I couldn't believe that after 1minute of washing she didn't even rinse the back of the head...my hair still had shampoo on all over my hair. After this i already had a bad feeling about her! Well the coloring went just as bad. I got a completely different color i wanted. To make things easier for her she kept saying that the color will wash out and will turn into the color i wanted. I believed her and i guess i wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I went back the second time so she can fix the color. Oh gosh, that was a big mistake! A week before my wedding i had pitch black hair (if you had black hair you know how hard it is to get rid of that color and not to mention the strain on your hair) and this time permanently! I was speechless. She didn't let me pay for that because she knew it was all wrong. Oh and while she was doing my hair she was talking about other costumers behind their backs. The other customer was just in the bathroom while she was commenting on her bad hair color preference.In conclusion, i would not even try this place out if you want coloring. I am not sure about the cuts as i didn't need any. Thanks to her i had to run to a professional hair colorist in Acton where they worked on my hair for 3 hours and still have to go back to get my hair back to normal... Pros: Early evening appointment, Last minute appointment Cons: Service, Parking etc.. more
