Ok so I thought this would be a nice place to stay even though it is in the heart of EAST OAKLAND! Where there is alot of dope selling, prostituting, and killing but the rent was only $720 and I needed a cheap place to stay quick so I got the apartment, I wasn't even settled in and about 3 weeks later I WAS ROBBED! Money, COMPUTER, IPOD, CLOTHES EVERYTHING! I mean come on who steals clothes? To put the icing on the cake there were gun shots every night AND... One girl got shot in her head while she was sleep from a stray bullet! SO PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMED!!! IT IS SO BAD!!!
Pros: CHEAP RENT
Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING, IN A VERY BAD PART IN OAKLAND, YOU WILL GET ROBBED
