We were going to use their service to remove a dead tree. They gave us a date that they would do it & my husband stayed home from work to be present during the job. Well, they never showed up. After four calls and four hours, someone finally returned his call and said they would not be coming on that day, it would be two more days. We then called another company and received an estimate for half of their cost. When I called to cancel, I received a call back within 20 minutes and the gut was very rude and condescending to me, saying ""you better be sure they got (sic) insurance"" and ""you are gonna get it, you get what you pay for."" They would have had our business if they had simply shown up when they had scheduled the service, and he was rude to me? No apology for not showing, nor any concern that my husband waited for four hours on a call.
Pros: None that I can think of....
Cons: RUDE
