I lived there for almost three years. Nice quiet place, NO renters, no ""partyers"", relativly inexpensive. I wanna go back, but sold my MH and moved to Germany :(
Pros: No renters, most places look ok
Cons: Park needs to be updated, streets, facilities, phone lines...
