Stayed Home from work to meet the sales guy for an estimate, and he was a no show. When I called him, he wanted to reschedule for another time slot....No way, if this is the work ethic, then they are not for me!
Cons: No show for first appt./ I stayed home from work, There office hours are 8-3, but answering service was picking up when I called twice during these hours.
