Small but Nice-looking 9/11/2008

This is a small riding school and boarding facility. Lisa Ploth is both the YO and the only RI here. She has been cutting back of late, but still accepts new students. Her main emphasis is training hunter-jumper. The few students she has left these days are all teenage or pre-teen girls. Her students usually do very well at the local San Jacinto shows, and her daughter, Gabby, was on the 2008 National Pony Hunter championship team, so Lisa must be a good instructor. The place has a very nice ""horsey' look about it. Pros: Really a nice-looking (but modest) facility. Good treatment of the horses. Cons: Cutting back -- may not accept you if you are not a youngster. more
