Many experiences!! Everybody is switching from Statefarm to Allstate, etc.. Statefarm has problems paying. Even with proof.. I bought a truck. The state sanded the whole left side of it while going down a hill. Statefarm of course was going to pay due to full coverage. They told me to go to Chez limited off old seward highway. Big mistake!!! First chez lost my truck.. couldnt find it.. When they did it was damaged more then when we took it there. I just purchased this truck and had pictures. I also put on new after market lights on it. Chez as i was sitting there had MANY customers come in complaining they installed there wipers and beds wrong. 1 even fell off while they drove off the lot!! State farm refused to pay for those tail lights until they realised i had visa purchase reciept. Then state farm and Chez stated my pictures was old when taken but yet i had my new tail lights on the vehicle that you could plainly see in all 100 or so pictures..My neighbor got broken into there home. Thousands was stolen and ruined. Statefarm refused to pay.. You get into a light auto accident that isnt your fault and they refuse to pay. Statefarm has a reputation of doing this to customers from now on. They also have a rep of someone being rearended thats insured by statefarm. STATEFARM IS REFUSING TO PAY FOR SMALL THINGS BECAUSE ACCORDING TO ATTOURNEYS STATEFARM KNOWS THEY GET AWAY WITH IT because the Jurors in court side with them SO IN THE END THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING SOMEONE DID TO YOU!!.. I know several people that was rear ended by someone insured with statefarm. They refused to pay!!! So if you dont have 100 grand in medical on YOUR car insurance to cover you. You will be SCREWED with medical bills from statefarm!! Someone i knew had a police report stating someone was at fault in rear ending them. STATEFARM went against the officer because there client was saying the officer was lying and DENying paying bills there client created by rear ending someone!
Pros: cheaper yes only because they wont pay your loss
Cons: wont pay, wont cover what they say you are paying for
