I called and got a price to hang a celing fan at a 15 foot height. The quote was for an hour and a half. She said that it takes an hour to hang a fan but given it was a taller celing height she would add an extra 30 mins. The ""handyman"" got here and didn't bring a tall enough ladder and had to leave to go pick one up. Got back 1.5 hrs later to start hanging the fan. He couldn't figure out how to make the fan turn on. I suggested that he plug the light kit in to complete the circut and he said that that wouldn't matter. He went out to his truck to call a friend to figure it out........this is the second time he went out to his truck the first time was for a 10 min smoke break! I climbed up on the ladder and pluged in the light kit and the fan came on. Once I told him and he came back in the fan control and switch on the wall wouldn't work right so he had to call a friend again because ""he had never hung a fan like this before"". I was quoted $142.25 and when he left he charged me $256.25.....We called the office and spoke with them and agreed that our check would be mailed back and we would pay the $142.25 this never happened and my husband wrote a letter to the owner and we have still not heard from him this was in July!!!!! I would NOT use them. The owner doesn't even take the time to right a wrong!!!!!!! Quite possibly the WORST service I have ever had!!!!
