I belong to four gyms and two boxing gyms. I have been working out my whole life...almost. The training done here..also known as functional training is so practical that it applies to all types of people. You can be an athlete...or a housewife...the training can be geared to cater to you whether you want to be more explosive during a game, or you just want to feel stronger while going up a flight of stairs, lifting boxes and placing them in storage(which is when most people get injured...during every day functional movements) Pros: Always parking...easy to get to!! more
