You have to watch your bill and track your records closely with the crew at Jones Road! While there are several excellent doctors, Marcoux and Urrea most notably, and the hours are very convenient, the office and care management leaves much to be desired. I've had to question vaccinations given before due, been promised delivery of prescriptions and then didn't get them when needed because of lack of follow-through, raced to pick up my dog from boarding to find the staff leaving moments before they were scheduled to close resulting in extra charges and inconvenience,..... If you need the longer hours (they're open until 9:00 on weeknights when most offices close at 6:00 or 7:00) give them a try, but realize you'll need to be diligent in watching your bill and monitoring the services you actually need.
