I hate to sound like the others, but Mike and Tony and Scott ( in training) were sent to my house in Kent because the very old sewer line was backing up. These concrete lines were installed in the early 1930's and really should all be replaced in the next few years. The place this one backed up was in my neighbor's driveway. This 180 foot long side sewer was put in many years before his house was built so it goes under his drive and yard to get to the street about 75 vertical feet below us. Mike and Tony found a clean out and ran the video camera down to the break in the line. They then put a ""blaster"" in and it made its way through the mess and flushed it all down (including some roots) into the city's main line. They came back the next day and cut through the neighbor's driveway to the break and repaired it. They installed a cleanout right there (out of the way of vehicles) and replaced the concrete with new. They also conducted a very thorough inspection of all my plumbing whlie at it. The cost was high but not unreasonable for this service. It was much less than a competitor estimated.
