Patchick did indeed buy "a beautiful piece of quartz" for her master bathroom. Although quartz surfaces are among the most durable of countertop surfaces they are not "inpenetrable to everything and anything" and they have never been represented that way by anybody at Cornerstone. The owners of Cornerstone were never "stumped" by Patchicks problem. Patchick uses products that are harmful to the surface of her vanity top. Cornerstone has refinished Patchicks vanity top twice in the last year. On both occasions Patchick said she was pleased with the result. On both occasions Patchick was told what was causing the problem and advised on how to protect her vanity top.Cornerstone is proud of its reputation for quality, service and value. Cornerstone has gone well above and beyond what should be reasonably expected to service Patchick.
