The customer called requesting an estimate, told us that he wanted to go online and check out the merchandise. He then called 2 weeks later and signed the Purchase Agreement for the doors and sidelights that was listed on the contract . As we started the installation of the doors, Mrs. Thomas demanded our installers to stop. The customer had plenty of time and told us he would research what he was getting (model number on estimate sheet was left with the customer).
